Deep News11-19

SHIYUE DAOTIAN recently announced several personnel changes, with Ji Qiang appointed as the company's Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In September this year, Zou Hao resigned from his positions as Executive Director and CFO due to personal career development and no longer holds any role in the company. The CFO position remained vacant until November, when Ji Qiang was appointed.

According to the announcement, Ji Qiang, 44, holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and a master's degree in management from Tsinghua University's School of Economics and Management. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK) and a Chartered Professional Accountant (Canada). Ji has over 20 years of experience in domestic and international capital markets and corporate management, having worked at multinational companies and investment banks, including serving as Chief Representative and Managing Director of CMBI Financial Co., Ltd.'s Beijing office.

Notably, Zou Hao, the former CFO, received a compensation of 4.234 million yuan in 2024, up by 746,000 yuan from 3.488 million yuan in 2023. This made him the highest-paid director at SHIYUE DAOTIAN, surpassing Chairman Wang Bing, whose compensation was 1.237 million yuan.

SHIYUE DAOTIAN reported strong financial performance in Q3 2025, with revenue between 1.74 billion yuan and 1.82 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of approximately 25.7% to 31.5%. Operating profit ranged from 135 million yuan to 150 million yuan, surging by 71.5% to 90.5% year-on-year, reflecting improved profitability.

Additionally, Chang Bin, founding partner of Qicheng Capital, resigned as a non-executive director and member of the board's audit committee due to personal work commitments. Qicheng Capital is one of SHIYUE DAOTIAN's investors. The company's ability to sustain its growth momentum this year remains a key focus.
