Shareholders who previously elected to receive printed corporate communications will find hard copies of the interim report enclosed with the notice.

The company is encouraging shareholders who have not yet provided an email address to opt for electronic notifications. By completing and returning the enclosed reply form—via email to 1115-corpcomm@unionregistrars.com.hk, by post, or by hand to Union Registrars Limited—shareholders can receive future notices of corporate communication availability by email instead of physical mail. Postage is prepaid within Hong Kong when using the provided mailing label.

Printed copies of corporate communications remain available free of charge upon written request to Union Registrars. For further enquiries, shareholders may contact the Hong Kong share registrar at +852 2849 3399 during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., excluding public holidays).
