GON Technology expands H-share base by 48% through bonus issue; overall share capital rises 3.36%

Qingdao Gon Technology Co., Ltd. (GON Technology) disclosed its latest Next Day Disclosure Return on 16 July 2026, detailing a significant expansion of its H-share capital while leaving its A-share count unchanged.

H-share issuance • Mechanism: Capitalisation of capital reserve, granting shareholders 4.8 new H shares for every 10 H shares held. • New shares issued: 14.40 million H shares. • Resulting increase: 48% jump in H shares, lifting the class from 30.00 million to 44.40 million shares outstanding.

A-share position unchanged • Issued A shares (excluding treasury): 392.20 million, identical to the 30 June 2026 level. • Treasury A shares: 6.25 million, also unchanged. • Total A-share count (including treasury): 398.45 million.

Aggregate capital structure after the change (16 July 2026) • Total issued shares (A + H, including treasury): 442.85 million, up 14.40 million from 428.45 million on 30 June 2026. • On an outstanding basis (excluding treasury), the company’s share count rose 3.36% to 436.60 million.

No share repurchases, redemptions, or treasury-share sales were reported in the period. All corporate actions were authorised by the board and executed in compliance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing rules, relevant laws, and regulatory requirements.
