RECBIO-B (02179) announced that it expects to record revenue of between 40,000 and 54,000 RMB for the period from January 1, 2026, to June 30, 2026, representing a decline of approximately 99.50% to 99.63% compared to the same period last year.
The company anticipates a loss attributable to owners of the parent company in the range of 201 million to 222 million RMB, narrowing by about 34.71% to 40.93% year-on-year. The reduction in losses during the reporting period is primarily due to the core product's clinical trial main work and large-scale investment phase being completed as planned. As some project focuses shift toward registration review and commercialization preparations, research and development investment has correspondingly declined.
Additionally, the company recognized revenue from an intellectual property out-licensing deal in the same period last year. During the reporting period, similar licensing business is progressing but has not yet met revenue recognition conditions, leading to a year-on-year decrease in revenue. Overall, the loss is narrowing, but further improvement is still needed.
