This year, Shihua Street prioritized Party-building guidance, aligning with contemporary governance demands through a structured cadre training plan. The program emphasized hands-on experience, urging 55 mid-level and young cadres to step beyond their "comfort zones" via cross-sector research. Their findings on property governance, public complaint resolution, and elderly care economics provided critical policy insights. Younger cadres showcased their skills through TED talks, short video contests, and theatrical performances, broadening their competencies.
Innovative Party education formats emerged, including six观摩会 (observation sessions) at the "Binhai Shihua" Party Secretary Studio, featuring poetry recitals, skits, and Q&A to make Party theories more accessible. The community service center launched five "neighborhood ideological courses," bringing Party innovations closer to residents.
The street also organized seven thematic competitions—spanning grid management, property service upgrades, and emergency drills—to bolster interdepartmental coordination.
