Cocoon Holdings Limited released an announcement stating that its unaudited consolidated net asset value (NAV) per share stood at HK$1.10 as at 30 April 2026.
The calculation is based on 128.55 million shares in issue on the same date, implying an estimated consolidated net asset value of approximately HK$141.40 million.
The board currently comprises two executive directors—Mr. Chau Wai Hing and Mr. Wu Ming Gai—and three independent non-executive directors—Ms. Leung Yin Ting, Dr. Wong Sze Lok and Ms. Lin Hsiu Mei.
The announcement was issued in Hong Kong on 15 May 2026.
