GENSCRIPT BIO discloses Legend Biotech’s first-in-human LB2102 CAR-T results and new CARVYKTI® data presented at ASCO 2026

Genscript Biotech Corporation (GENSCRIPT BIO) issued a voluntary announcement on 1 June 2026 detailing R&D progress reported by its associate, Legend Biotech Corporation.

Legend Biotech filed a Form 6-K with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and released a concurrent press statement highlighting:

1. First-in-human clinical data for LB2102, a DLL3-targeted CAR-T cell therapy, in patients with relapsed or refractory small cell lung cancer (SCLC) or large-cell neuroendocrine carcinoma (LCNEC). 2. New analyses from the CARTITUDE program featuring CARVYKTI®, its B-cell maturation antigen-directed CAR-T therapy for multiple myeloma.

Both data sets were presented at the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) 2026 Annual Meeting.
