On August 7, the first batch of products from Haichen Energy Storage's first global long-duration energy storage integrated industrial park in the Luxi New District of Heze, Shandong, officially began mass production. The industrial park plans to cover approximately 1,200 mu, with a total investment of over 13 billion yuan across the entire industry chain. It achieves full chain connectivity from core materials, cell manufacturing, and module system integration to global delivery, with an annual capacity of 30 GWh of 1175Ah long-duration energy storage cells and 20 GWh of 6.25MWh energy storage systems after reaching full production. Wang Pengcheng, co-founder and president of Haichen Energy Storage, stated that the start of mass production marks a new phase for the Heze base, moving into large-scale production, market-oriented delivery, and ecological development. Standing at this new starting point, Haichen Energy Storage will continue to build "three leaderships."
First, industry leadership: building a national benchmark industrial cluster for long-duration energy storage. The global energy transition has entered a new phase. The energy storage industry is moving into deep waters, simultaneously entering a new model driven by leading technology and technological guidance. With the accelerating integration of AI+, electrification, and the energy transition, "new energy plus long-duration energy storage" is facing significant development opportunities.
