ONEWO Buys Back 256,400 H Shares for HKD 4.95 Million, Lifts Treasury Stock to 18.03 Million Shares

On 28 August 2026, Onewo Inc. (abbreviated as ONEWO) executed an on-market repurchase of 256,400 H shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, paying a total of HKD 4.95 million at prices ranging from HKD 19.12 to HKD 19.44 per share. The volume-weighted average repurchase price stood at HKD 19.31 per share.

Prior to the transaction, ONEWO had 1.15 billion issued shares (excluding treasury shares) and 17.78 million treasury shares, for a total share count of 1.17 billion. Following the buyback, issued shares outstanding decreased marginally by 0.02 % to 1.15 billion, while treasury shares increased to 18.03 million. The company’s total issued share capital remained unchanged at 1.17 billion shares.

The latest purchase represents 0.0223 % of ONEWO’s issued shares (excluding treasury shares) as of 27 August 2026. Cumulatively, the company has acquired 3.40 million shares under the existing repurchase mandate granted on 8 May 2026, equivalent to 0.29 % of the shares outstanding on the mandate date. The board is authorized to repurchase up to 115.34 million shares under this mandate.

All repurchased shares are being held in treasury; none have been cancelled. In accordance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, ONEWO is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or treasury share disposals until 27 September 2026.
