Recently, the Market Supervision Bureau of Wuyuan County in Inner Mongolia, in collaboration with the county's Fire Rescue Brigade, organized a specialized fire safety training session for small catering businesses.
The training focused on four key areas: 1. **Basic Fire Safety Knowledge**, including awareness of fire hazards and essential fire regulations. 2. **Usage of Firefighting Equipment**, featuring hands-on drills with fire extinguishers and other common fire safety devices. 3. **Emergency Response Procedures**, covering alarm protocols, initial fire suppression, and evacuation organization. 4. **Daily Fire Safety Management**, such as safe use of fire and electricity, on-site environment control, and inspection systems.
Participants, primarily small catering operators, reported gaining practical knowledge and increased confidence in preventing and handling fire-related incidents. Moving forward, the bureau plans to expand such training programs in partnership with the Fire Rescue Brigade, targeting various businesses across the county to ensure both culinary excellence and safety.
