On October 15, China State Construction Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as “China State Construction Group”) announced the completion of its share acquisition plan for China State Construction Engineering Corporation Limited (referred to as “China State Construction”). According to the announcement, China State Construction Group has implemented a plan to increase its holdings in China State Construction A-shares through the Shanghai Stock Exchange trading system by means of centralized bidding, with a total amount of no less than RMB 600 million and not more than RMB 1.2 billion within 12 months starting from October 16, 2024. During the execution period of the acquisition plan, from October 16, 2024, to October 15, 2025, China State Construction Group has cumulatively increased its holdings by 112,185,388 A-shares, which accounts for approximately 0.27% of the total share capital of China State Construction, with a total amount of approximately RMB 623,206,575.04 (excluding taxes and fees). Before the acquisition, China State Construction Group held 23,731,541,937 shares, representing a holding ratio of 57.03% (of the total share capital at that time). Following the completion of the acquisition, its holdings increased to 23,843,727,325 shares, raising its holding ratio to 57.70%.
