Hatcher Group outlines progress on CNBlue Bangkok tokenised investment and eyes full take-up of upcoming Hong Kong theatre tokens

Bulletin Express03-30

Hatcher Group Limited has issued a voluntary business update detailing two developments in its expanding tokenised-investment portfolio.

CNBlue Bangkok engagement • After completing its subscription to the CNBlue Bangkok event tokens, the Group is preparing a series of investor-facing initiatives—including roadshows—in partnership with manager Esperanza. • The objective is to raise market awareness of both the tokens and the underlying CNBlue Bangkok event.

Prospective Hong Kong theatre subscription • Hatcher Group is negotiating with Esperanza to subscribe to a new tokenised investment linked to a theatre performance co-produced by a leading Asian film enterprise and scheduled to run in Hong Kong from July to August 2026. • Management intends to acquire 100% of the initial token allocation using internal resources, with a view either to realise gains through the Espetopia Platform or to hold the tokens to maturity, subject to market conditions. • Should the transaction meet thresholds under GEM Listing Rules, the company will issue further announcements.

Strategic context These actions deepen Hatcher Group’s track record in the emerging field of tokenised investments, aligning with its strategy to leverage digital asset structures for event-driven opportunities.

The Board advises shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s shares.
