On March 20, the Qiqihar branch of the People's Bank of China issued an administrative penalty notice against Heilongjiang Tailai Rural Commercial Bank. The bank was penalized for several violations, including submitting false or misleading financial accounting reports, statements, and statistical reports. Additional infractions involved delayed submission of account cancellation materials to the central bank, failure to promptly report changes to users of the credit investigation pre-system to the PBOC Qiqihar branch, and not deactivating the administrator account of the second-generation credit reporting system in a timely manner after the user left their position. As a result, the bank received a fine totaling 279,000 yuan.
