The notice revealed that the Hongwei Sub-branch of Hubei Shiyan Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd., along with relevant responsible individuals, was penalized due to inadequate credit management in its bank acceptance bill business. The institution was fined 350,000 yuan. Additionally, Lu Haisheng and Liu Aiguo received warnings.
