On July 30, financial news reported that the National Financial Regulatory Administration has recently issued an approval, confirming the qualification of Wang Kunhui to serve as a director of CHINA CINDA Asset Management Co., Ltd.
Additionally, the regulator has also approved the qualification of Wang Pengcheng to assume the role of an independent director at the same company.
