Shandong Xinhua Initiates Full Electronic Distribution of Corporate Communications, Seeks Shareholders’ Email Details

Bulletin Express04-28 17:45

On 29 April 2026, Shandong Xinhua Pharmaceutical Company Limited issued a reminder to registered shareholders confirming the transition to electronic dissemination of all future corporate communications.

The initiative covers directors’ reports, annual and interim accounts, notices of meetings, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms. Both English and Chinese versions will be posted on the company website (www.xhzy.com) and the HKEX news platform (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies will no longer be dispatched automatically.

To ensure uninterrupted access, shareholders are asked to provide a functional email address. This can be done by scanning the personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form or by returning the signed form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. Email requests should be sent to shandongxinhuapharmaceutical.ecom@computershare.com.hk.

If no valid email address is supplied: 1. Shareholders will not receive publication notifications. 2. They will need to check the company and HKEX websites proactively. 3. Printed versions of actionable corporate communications—documents requiring shareholder instructions—will still be sent.

Shareholders preferring hard copies of all communications may opt in via the reply form or email; this instruction remains valid for one year from the date the request is received.

For queries, shareholders can contact the share registrar at the email address above. The reminder follows the initial notice dated 29 April 2025 that outlined the company’s shift toward electronic communication.
