Goldwind Science & Technology Co., Ltd. (02208) surged 16% in morning trading.

On December 26th, the Shanghai Stock Exchange released detailed rules for commercial rocket companies to apply the fifth set of listing standards on the Sci-Tech innovation board. This move signifies the official opening and full clarification of standards for commercial rocket companies to access the capital markets. According to a CITIC Securities research report, with policy emphasis on "undertaking national tasks, participating in national projects," "reusable technology," and "industry status," the IPO process for leading private commercial rocket companies is expected to accelerate. Based on Goldwind's 2023 annual report, the company holds an 8.3% equity stake in LandSpace.

Public information shows that LandSpace, founded in 2015, is one of China's first private commercial rocket enterprises. In 2023, its Zhuque-2 Yao-2 rocket successfully achieved orbit, becoming the world's first liquid methane-powered rocket to do so. From October 18th to 20th, 2025, the Zhuque-3 Yao-1 rocket completed the first stage of its maiden flight mission, including fueling integration rehearsals and a static fire test, at the Dongfeng Commercial Aerospace Innovation Test Zone.
