Yueshi Wu's long position ratio in Risecomm Group Holdings Ltd. passively declined from 10.37% to 7.84% following a loan capitalisation by the company, which increased its issued shares from 215,813,840 to 285,630,797 (holding count unchanged). This was not a direct on-market dealing.
Prior to the passive dilution, Yueshi Wu's long position in RISECOMM GP was 22.39 million shares, representing 10.37%; following the dilution, the holding remained at 22.39 million shares, with the long position ratio falling to 7.84%.
