Winto Group releases updated corporate information: 348.36 million shares outstanding; diversified operations span exhibitions, advertising and luxury goods

Hong Kong, 24 July 2026 — Winto Group (Holdings) Limited has filed an updated Company Information Sheet with the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong’s GEM Board, outlining its latest corporate particulars, capital structure and business profile.

Winto Group, incorporated in the Cayman Islands and listed on GEM since 16 February 2015, confirms 348.36 million ordinary shares in issue at a par value of HK$0.20 each. Shares trade in board lots of 8,000. No warrants, options or other listed securities are currently outstanding.

The Group’s operations remain focused on four core segments: 1) Exhibition and trade-show services; 2) Publications and advertising (print, online and outdoor); 3) Online sales of beauty and cosmetics products; 4) Sales of luxury products.

Board composition as of the filing date: • Executive Directors – Lao Lei, Zhou Yihong, Kam Chun Ying Francis, Liu Heung Ming • Non-Executive Director – Tian Tao • Independent Non-Executive Directors – Liu Weishi, Wang Shiling, Zhou Zhencun

Global Link CPA Limited continues as auditor. The company’s financial year-end is 31 December. Registered office remains at Cricket Square, Hutchins Drive, Grand Cayman; Hong Kong head office is located in Wanchai.

Company Secretary Kam Chun Ying Francis submitted the updated information, and the board collectively accepted responsibility for its accuracy.
