KE Holdings (BEKE-W) buys back 538,059 shares in New York; cumulative 2026 repurchases climb to 23.86 million

KE Holdings Inc. (traded in Hong Kong as BEKE-W) disclosed on 30 July 2026 that it repurchased 538,059 Class A WVR ordinary shares on the New York Stock Exchange on 29 July 2026. The shares were bought at prices between USD 5.54 and USD 5.62, for an aggregate consideration of USD 3.00 million, implying an average cost of roughly USD 5.58 per share. The purchased shares are scheduled for cancellation.

Including this latest transaction, KE Holdings has repurchased 23.86 million shares under the buy-back mandate approved on 12 June 2026, equivalent to 0.69% of the 3.46 billion issued shares outstanding on the mandate date. The current mandate permits the company to repurchase up to 346.24 million shares, leaving more than 90% of the authorisation unused.

Despite the ongoing buy-backs, KE Holdings’ share capital remains unchanged at 3.33 billion Class A shares and 135.95 million Class B shares, totalling 3.46 billion shares.

Under Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of any treasury shares until 28 August 2026.
