Since the company's previous announcement on February 25, 2026, Conch Group has purchased additional shares in the market. After making reasonable inquiries, the board confirms that, as of the date of this announcement, it is not aware of any reasons for these price and volume fluctuations, or any information that must be disclosed to prevent a false market in the company's securities, or any inside information that must be disclosed under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of Hong Kong law).
The board confirms that, as of the date of this announcement, the group's business operations remain normal, and there have been no material adverse changes in the group's business operations or financial condition.
