Fuyao Glass Announces 2025 Final Dividend: RMB1.20 Per Share, HK-Dollar Payout Set for 12 June 2026

Fuyao Glass (the Company) declared a cash dividend of RMB1.20 (tax inclusive) per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. H-share holders will receive the dividend in Hong Kong dollars at approximately HK$1.37 per share, based on the average RMB/HKD exchange rate of 0.876216 published by the People’s Bank of China for 14–20 April 2026.

The H-share register will be closed from 18 May 2026 to 22 May 2026 (both days inclusive). Shareholders on record as of 22 May 2026 will be entitled to the payout, which Computershare Hong Kong Trustees Limited will distribute on 12 June 2026. Transfer documents must be lodged by 16:30 on 15 May 2026 to qualify.

Key dates for A-share investors, including Northbound trading participants, are earlier: record date on 12 May 2026, with both the ex-entitlement and cash distribution on 13 May 2026. Arrangements for Southbound trading investors mirror those for H-share holders.

Tax treatment is as follows: • Non-resident enterprise shareholders of H-shares: 10% withholding. • Individual foreign H-shareholders: dividend exempt from PRC individual income tax. • Northbound investors (both enterprise and individual): 10% withholding, with treaty-based refunds available upon application. • Southbound individual investors: 20% withholding; Southbound enterprise investors are responsible for self-reporting and paying taxes.

The Board has appointed Computershare Hong Kong Trustees Limited as receiving agent for H-share distributions. Shareholders with tax-related questions are advised to consult professional advisers regarding implications in their respective jurisdictions.
