MMG (01208) announced that on December 31, 2025, MLB entered into a framework agreement with Minmetals Nonferrous for the sale of molybdenum concentrate produced by MLB at the Las Bambas mine. The Group's principal business activities include the production and sale of metal products, encompassing copper and molybdenum concentrate. As part of its ordinary and general business operations, the Group sells certain of its products to China Minmetals Corporation at prices and terms consistent with the prevailing market rates and conditions for the relevant products.
