According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on April 30, CITIC Group Corporation increased its holdings in CDB LEASING (01606) by 1.5 million shares, at an average price of HK$1.5377 per share, with a total transaction value of approximately HK$2.3066 million. Following this acquisition, the latest shareholding stands at about 416 million shares, representing a 15.03% stake. The transaction involved other related parties, including CITIC Limited.
