Winto Group (08238) announced that Mr. Lu Dewei has resigned from his position as independent non-executive director, as well as from the company's Audit Committee, Nomination Committee, Remuneration Committee, and Corporate Governance and Risk Management Committee, effective October 22, 2025. Mr. Lu has indicated that he wishes to devote more time to other business commitments.
