BANKCOMM Appoints Liu Jianjun as Chief Compliance Officer

On February 27, BANKCOMM announced that its 11th Board of Directors, at its fifth meeting, reviewed and approved a proposal regarding the appointment of Mr. Liu Jianjun as Chief Compliance Officer. The board agreed to appoint Chief Risk Officer Liu Jianjun to concurrently serve as Chief Compliance Officer. Liu Jianjun's appointment as Chief Compliance Officer will take effect upon approval of his qualification by the National Financial Regulatory Administration.

According to his resume, Liu Jianjun, male, was born in 1967 and is a Chinese national. He holds the title of Intermediate Economist. Liu Jianjun has served as Chief Risk Officer of BANKCOMM since June 2023. His previous roles at the bank include Chief Expert, General Manager of the Risk Management Department, Director of the Internal Control and Case Prevention Office, President of the Beijing Branch, President and Executive Vice President of the Beijing Management Department (Corporate Banking Department), President, Vice President, and Senior Credit Officer of the Jilin Provincial Branch, Vice President and Senior Credit Officer of the Changchun Branch, and Vice President and Senior Credit Officer of the Beijing Branch. Liu Jianjun obtained a Master of Business Administration degree from Beijing Institute of Technology in 2003.
