AInnovation Technology Group released its 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance Report, underscoring strengthened corporate governance, accelerated R&D in industrial AI, and tangible progress in sustainability metrics.
• Governance & Ethics The Board-led, three-tier ESG framework guided five board meetings during the year, while the Audit Committee provided daily oversight. AInnovation received an AAA corporate credit rating and reported no corruption cases. The company expanded its whistle-blower channels and added supplier integrity clauses to all procurement contracts.
• Technology & Intellectual Property R&D spend advanced the “One Model, One Agent, Two Wings” strategy. The proprietary AInnoGC Industrial LLM—now at the 75-billion-parameter level—secured dual filings with the Cyberspace Administration of China. The AI Agent development platform and ChatCAD applications enhanced low-code industrial solutions. During 2025, the company filed 77 patent applications (73 invention), lifting the cumulative total to 1,412 applications and 634 grants.
• Market Recognition Key accolades included “Specialised, Refined, Differential and Innovative ‘Small Giant’ Enterprise” status from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, top-three rankings by IDC in China’s computer vision and machine-learning platform markets, and inclusion in Fortune China’s “Top 50 Tech Enterprises”.
• Workforce Development Headcount stood at 835 (69% male, 31% female). Average training hours reached 19 per employee, with management receiving 56 hours. Turnover was 31 % for male staff and 22 % for female staff. All employees completed health examinations, and no work-related fatalities occurred in the past three years.
• Supply Chain Oversight The supplier base totaled 1,546 vendors, led by East China (529) and South China (391). Annual evaluations rate suppliers A–E; E-rated suppliers are barred from bidding for two years.
• Environmental Performance Greenhouse-gas emissions (Scope 2) declined 22.56 % to 326.64 tCO₂-e, equal to 0.02 tCO₂-e per m². Indirect energy use fell to 589.18 MWh, or 0.04 MWh per m². Water consumption totaled 1,973 t, equating to 0.24 t per m². The group holds ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 27001 certifications; its Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong offices are LEED Gold or equivalent.
• Community & Industry Collaboration AInnovation partnered with Southeast University to establish an AI internship base, co-authored an AI + manufacturing report with CAICT, and formed strategic alliances with KEENON Robotics, Hunlicar and DingTalk to expand industrial and financial AI applications.
Management signalled continued focus on integrating ESG priorities with business strategy, scaling industrial large-model applications, and promoting low-carbon, intelligent manufacturing solutions.
