Auntea Jenny (Shanghai) Industrial Co., Ltd. released an updated final-dividend announcement for the financial year ended 31 December 2025, refining payment currency, exchange rate and withholding-tax details.

Timetable • Ex-dividend date: 26 June 2026. • Latest share-transfer lodgement: 29 June 2026, 16:30. • Book-closure period: 30 June – 6 July 2026. • Record date: 30 June 2026. • Payment date: 5 August 2026. Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited will act as the share registrar.

Withholding-Tax Framework • Non-resident enterprises: 10% enterprise income tax. • Individual non-residents from jurisdictions with a 10% treaty rate (e.g., Hong Kong, Macau): 10% withholding. • Individual non-residents with treaty rates below 10%: 10% withheld; excess may be reclaimed from PRC tax authorities. • Individual non-residents with treaty rates of 20% or without treaties: 20% withholding. • Investors via Shanghai-Hong Kong or Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect: 20% individual income tax; domestic enterprise investors exempt if shares are held continuously for at least 12 months.

The update supersedes previous disclosures by specifying the default payout currency for H-shareholders, the precise exchange rate and a detailed withholding-tax schedule.
