The talent consumption voucher campaign has been extended once again. The talent recognition channel for the entire banner remains open, and the talent consumption voucher campaign will be extended for another month, now closing on October 25. After completing registration and uploading the relevant materials to pass talent tier recognition (categories H, I, or J), recipients can claim an additional three consumption vouchers. Category J talents can cumulatively receive two vouchers for spending 50 yuan or more to get 15 yuan off, and one voucher for spending 100 yuan or more to get 35 yuan off. General materials for tier recognition
Academic degree certificate; online verification report of academic degree from the China Higher Education Student Information website; certificate of no criminal record, obtainable via the "24-Hour Police Station" or "Mengsuban" WeChat mini-programs; proof of employment such as appointment or onboarding documents, labor contracts, or employment contracts; proof of continuous social insurance contributions for six months or more, downloadable through Alipay — Citizen Center — Social Insurance — Personal Social Insurance Rights Record — Personal Social Insurance Contribution Certificate or Personal Insurance Payment Certificate inquiry; front and back of ID card; and other supporting materials if available.
How to claim
Use the WeChat mini-program: Jungar Talent Hub. To claim the basic three vouchers, simply register in the database without uploading materials. Open the "Jungar Talent Hub" WeChat mini-program, tap "Talent Registration," enter the relevant information, submit, and wait for approval from the employer — those without an employer will be reviewed by the Economic Development Cooperation Center. No materials need to be uploaded at this stage. Once approved, tap "Talent Exclusive Consumption Voucher Entry" to claim the three vouchers. To claim the additional three vouchers, after completing registration, tap "Talent Recognition," upload the relevant recognition materials as required, submit, and wait for the review result. Once approved, tap "Talent Exclusive Consumption Voucher Entry" and claim three more vouchers according to the corresponding tier. Note: expired coupons can be reclaimed by tapping again if stock is sufficient.
Registration stage: open to individuals working and living in the banner, including enterprise management talents, professional and technical talents, highly skilled talents, rural and pastoral practical talents, social work talents, and Party and government talents. Recognition stage: basic talents such as those with a college diploma, junior professional title, or senior worker qualification can all be recognized. How to redeem
Before October 25, 2026, go to the designated locations, scan the code to pay, and the vouchers will be automatically redeemed. They can be used to purchase local agricultural and specialty products from Jungar Banner. Redemption locations include the yurt at the east gate of Meiji · Changhe Li Yewei Yang Cultural District in Jungar Banner (business hours: 9:00–12:00, 15:00–20:00) and Jixiang Company in Shagedu Town, 30 meters east of the Shagedu Town People's Government (business hours: 8:00–20:00). In addition, reservation services are available for freshly slaughtered local pork, beef, mutton, and chicken, as well as selected local fruits and vegetables.
