On 29 April 2026, KAISA GROUP Holdings Ltd. announced the official publication of its 2025 Annual Report in both English and Chinese. The full document is now accessible on the company’s website (www.kaisagroup.com) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

\n\nTo comply with Rule 2.07 of the Hong Kong Listing Rules, the property developer is shifting all future corporate communications to electronic dissemination. Shareholders are encouraged to register a functional email address by scanning the personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form or by returning the completed form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

\n\nKey procedural points include: • Both language versions of all future corporate communications will be provided online only. • Shareholders without a registered email address must proactively check the company and HKEXnews websites for updates. • Printed copies will be mailed free of charge only upon specific request or for actionable corporate documents. • A request to receive hard-copy communications is valid for one year from the date of receipt.
