Softcare Limited projects a robust interim performance for the six months ended 30 June 2026 (1H 2026). Based on unaudited management accounts, the Group anticipates:
• Revenue of not less than US$328.00 million, up at least 28% from US$255.00 million in 1H 2025. • Profit of no less than US$73.00 million, an increase of at least 40% versus US$52.00 million a year earlier. • Adjusted net profit (non-IFRS) of not less than US$75.00 million, representing growth of at least 47% from US$51.00 million in 1H 2025.
Management attributes the expected growth to a combination of higher sales volumes and improved average selling prices across all product categories. Expanded sales channels, optimized production layouts, and entry into new markets—particularly in Latin America—supported volume gains, while appreciation of local operating currencies against the US dollar in key African markets lifted average prices.
Profitability also benefited from greater gross profit, higher deposit interest income following the company’s November 2025 listing, and the absence of listing expenses incurred in the prior-year period. These positives were partially offset by net foreign-exchange losses stemming from euro depreciation against the US dollar.
The adjusted net profit figure excludes listing expenses, foreign-exchange gains or losses, share-based payments, and related tax effects, aligning with the company’s practice of presenting underlying operating performance.
Softcare is finalising its unaudited interim results, scheduled for release by end-August 2026. Shareholders and prospective investors are advised to interpret the current estimates with caution, as the final figures may differ after auditor review.
