Lonking Holdings Limited released a clarification indicating that its 2025 Annual Report understated tap water consumption. The Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) section on page 49 should read 661,165 tonnes of total tap water used, rather than the previously stated 66.1165 tonnes.

The discrepancy arose from an omitted unit character, leading to a ten-thousand-fold understatement. All other data and disclosures in the 2025 Annual Report remain unchanged, according to the filing.

The clarification was issued under the authority of the Board, chaired by Li San Yim, on 3 July 2026. Current board composition comprises four executive directors (Li San Yim, Zheng Ke Wen, Chen Chao, Yin Kun Lun), one non-executive director (Ngai Ngan Ying), and three independent non-executive directors (Dr. Qian Shizheng, Wu Jian Ming, Yu Tai Wei).
