COSCO SHIPPING Holdings Co., Ltd. has filed a Next Day Disclosure Return after buying back 1.50 million A-shares on 20 July 2026 via the Shanghai Stock Exchange.

Capital structure • Issued A-shares (before and after the 20 July transaction): 12.56 billion. • All repurchased shares remain outstanding as of 20 July 2026 and will be cancelled upon completion of settlement, subsequently reducing the share count.
