Techtronic Industries Co. Ltd (HKG: 00669) has announced the issuance of new ordinary shares.
The company stated that 17,000 shares were issued on June 17, 2026. This issuance was a result of the exercise of share options granted under the company's post-listing share option scheme.
The share option plan in question was originally adopted by the company on May 19, 2017.
