Dow Futures rose 0.10%, S&P 500 Futures rose 0.12%, Nasdaq Futures rose 0.17%, as sentiment leaned cautiously optimistic.

AXT Inc rose 3.11%. Shares rallied on indium phosphide supply constraints tied to tighter Chinese export controls and an oversold rebound, with reported export rejections for U.S. and Japanese firms exceeding 80%.

Intel rose 1.63%. The company said its enhanced 18A-P node entered risk production, targeting 9% higher performance or 18% lower power than 18A and signaling progress toward external foundry customers.

SpaceX rose 1.50%. Options on the newly listed stock launched with record first-day volume, while leveraged single-stock ETFs tied to the name saw heavy debut trading.

Chip stocks rose, with Direxion Daily Semiconductors Bull 3x Shares (SOXL) rising 1.63%, Marvell Technology (MRVL) rising 1.45%.

Memory chip stocks rose, with Micron Technology (MU) rising 1.91%, Roundhill Memory ETF (DRAM) rising 1.82%, SanDisk Corp. rising 1.76%, Western Digital (WDC) rising 1.38%.

Among other individual movers, Stellantis NV rose 2.86%, AST SpaceMobile, Inc. (ASTS) rose 2.74%, Redwire Corp. rose 2.52%.
