Techtronic Industries Company Limited (Stock Code: 00669) disclosed that it canceled 1,000,000 repurchased shares on 2 December 2025. According to the announcement, 500,000 shares repurchased on 19 November 2025 at HKD 84.219 per share and another 500,000 shares repurchased on 21 November 2025 at HKD 86.163 per share were canceled, resulting in a total issuance reduction of around 0.0546% compared to the previous count.
The number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) decreased from 1,830,864,941 to 1,829,864,941 as of 2 December 2025.
