CICC Reports Stable Share Base and Maintains Public Float Compliance in July 2026

China International Capital Corporation Limited (CICC) filed its Monthly Return for the period ended 31 July 2026, showing a stable capital structure with no share movements during the month.

The authorised/registered share capital remained unchanged at 4.83 billion shares, split between 1.90 billion H-shares and 2.92 billion A-shares, each with a par value of RMB 1.00.

Issued share capital was likewise steady. H-shares in issue stood at 1.90 billion, while A-shares totalled 2.92 billion. The company held no treasury shares in either class.

CICC confirmed compliance with Hong Kong’s minimum public float requirement, meeting the 5 per cent threshold applicable to PRC issuers with dual listings.

The filing recorded no new share options, warrants, convertibles, share repurchases, or other equity-related transactions during the reporting month.

The return was submitted by Joint Company Secretary Zhou Jiaxing on 3 August 2026.
