Johnson Electric Holdings Limited announced on 16 June 2026 that the English and Chinese versions of its FY 2025/26 Annual Report, the circular containing the notice of its upcoming Annual General Meeting, and the related proxy form are now available on both the company’s website (www.johnsonelectric.com) and the HKEXnews website (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies are being dispatched to shareholders who have elected hard-copy delivery.
In line with Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules, which mandates paperless dissemination of corporate communications from 31 December 2023, Johnson Electric will distribute all future shareholder documents electronically. Non-registered shareholders wishing to receive publication notifications must provide a valid postal or email address to their respective intermediaries—banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited. Without a functional address on file, investors will need to monitor the company’s and HKEXnews websites directly for new disclosures.
Holders preferring hard-copy materials can submit a completed reply form to the company’s Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, or email a scanned copy to johnsonelectric.ecom@computershare.com.hk. This request will remain effective until Johnson Electric issues its next annual report. Shareholders may alter their language or delivery preferences at any time with no fewer than seven days’ written notice.
