Kinetic Dev Sets Second Interim Dividend at HKD 0.025 per Share; Ex-Dividend on 4 September 2026

Kinetic Development Group Limited (Kinetic Dev) will distribute a second interim dividend of HKD 0.025 per share for the six months ended 30 June 2026. This ordinary dividend forms part of the company’s previously announced interim payout of HKD 0.06 per share, which is being settled in three tranches.

The HKD 0.025 per-share payment is scheduled for 13 November 2026. Shareholders must own Kinetic Dev shares before the ex-dividend date of 4 September 2026 to qualify. The share register will close from 8 to 10 September, with the record date fixed on 10 September. The final time to lodge transfers with Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited is 16:30 on 7 September.

Interim dividend timetable (total HKD 0.06 per share): • HKD 0.015 per share—payment on or before 12 October 2026 • HKD 0.025 per share—payment on or before 13 November 2026 (current tranche) • HKD 0.020 per share—payment on or before 11 December 2026

The declared dividend relates to Kinetic Dev’s financial year ending 31 December 2026. No withholding tax applies to these distributions. The board comprises seven directors: three executive directors (Chairman Ju Wenzhong, CEO Li Bo and Ji Kunpeng), one non-executive director (Zhang Lin) and three independent non-executive directors (Liu Peilian, Chen Liangnuan and Xue Hui).
