Luxshare Precision Industry Co.,Ltd. (SZSE: 002475) has announced that it is progressing with the necessary work for its application to issue overseas-listed foreign capital shares (H-shares) and list on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (HKEX).
The HKEX Listing Committee conducted a hearing on June 18, 2026, to review the company's application for this overseas share issuance and listing.
