The company stated that its high-end composite vertical grinding machines have gradually entered the aerospace market, enabling precise machining of critical components and high-performance materials. In 2025, Yuhuan CNC achieved a significant technological breakthrough by successfully developing an ultra-large vertical tenon groove broaching machine, which is widely applicable for machining disc groove profiles in aerospace, marine, and other high-end manufacturing fields, filling a gap in high-end processing equipment.
Beyond aerospace, Yuhuan CNC's high-end machine tools have expanded into multiple sectors. The company has developed and produced a range of high-precision surface grinders, composite vertical grinders, guideway grinders, tenon groove broaches, and spiral broaches. Its high-precision CNC composite vertical grinders serve bearing components, aerospace, and mechanical processing, while spiral broaches are used in reducers and robotics. Upon operation, the center will primarily develop and produce high-precision CNC vertical composite grinders, high-precision CNC universal grinders, high-precision CNC rotary table grinders, and high-precision hydrostatic functional components. This initiative will further concentrate on technological innovation in high-end CNC grinding machines, promoting domestic innovation and import substitution in China's high-end CNC grinding machine sector, while also fostering collaborative innovation within industrial clusters.
