CR Beverage releases 2025 Annual Report and Sustainability Report online; future communications to be fully electronic

China Resources Beverage (Holdings) Company Limited (CR Beverage) announced that the Chinese and English versions of its 2025 Annual Report are now available on both the company’s website (www.crbeverage.com) and the HKEXnews platform of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (www.hkexnews.hk).

The 2025 Sustainability Report has been published exclusively in electronic format on the same online platforms.

CR Beverage will transition all future corporate communications to electronic delivery. Registered shareholders who encounter difficulty accessing online documents, or who prefer hard copies, may request free printed versions of the 2025 Annual Report and future communications by completing and returning the reply form attached to the notice. Requests can be sent to the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, by post (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong) using the prepaid mailing label, or by email to 2460-ecom@vistra.com.

Shareholders who have not yet supplied a functional email address are encouraged to do so to ensure timely electronic receipt of future corporate communications and actionable corporate communications. Until a valid email address is provided, only printed notices of publication and actionable corporate communications will be sent.
