On December 23, Industrial Bank Co.,Ltd. responded to investor inquiries regarding its market value management on an interactive platform. The bank emphasized its commitment to maintaining stable market value and disclosed that it has formulated plans such as the "Valuation Enhancement Plan" and the "Quality Improvement and Efficiency Increase Action Plan" to drive share price valuation recovery through enhanced operational performance.

In terms of financial performance, Industrial Bank Co.,Ltd. reported positive net profit growth in the first three quarters of this year, with its dividend payout ratio exceeding 30% for the first time. The bank also plans to implement an interim dividend. Regarding valuation recovery, as of December 22, the bank's stock price has risen by 14.66% year-to-date, ranking second among joint-stock banks.

Notably, Fujian Provincial Department of Finance fully converted its 8.644 billion yuan convertible bonds into shares, increasing its stake by 388 million shares. Additionally, Dajia Life Insurance purchased 615 million shares through secondary market transactions.

Industrial Bank Co.,Ltd. stated that these substantial share purchases reflect major shareholders' confidence in the bank's steady development and recognition of its investment value.
