FICUS TECH (08107) has announced the grant of 97.5 million share options to 25 eligible participants.
Under the share option scheme adopted on April 16, 2018, these options were granted on July 28, 2026. Each grantee must pay HK$1.00 to accept the options.
The options entitle holders to subscribe for 97.5 million ordinary shares of HK$0.01 each in the company's capital. When fully exercised, these options represent approximately 7.10% of the total issued shares as of the announcement date.
