Logan Group Publishes 2025 Annual Report and Issues AGM Circular

On 27 April 2026, Logan Group Company Limited announced that its 2025 Annual Report and the accompanying circular containing the notice of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting have been released in both English and Chinese editions.

The documents can be viewed and downloaded from two official channels: 1. Logan Group website (www.logangroup.com) 2. Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk)

According to the notice, non-registered shareholders who experience difficulty accessing the online versions may obtain printed copies free of charge. To request hard copies or to change communication preferences, shareholders should complete and sign the provided request form and return it to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. Requests can also be submitted via email to 3380-ecom@vistra.com.

Shareholders wishing to receive future corporate communications electronically are advised to supply a functional email address to their bank, broker, custodian, nominee, or HKSCC Nominees Limited. Until an email address is recorded, notices of publication will be sent in printed form only.
