China Wantian: July 2026 Share Capital Steady at 2.04 Billion; Public Float Meets 25% Rule

China Wantian Holdings Limited filed its monthly return for the period ended 31 July 2026, confirming that both authorised and issued share capital remained unchanged during the month.

Authorised capital stood at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01, translating into HKD 100.00 million. Issued shares were steady at 2.04 billion, and the company held no treasury shares.

The issuer confirmed compliance with Main Board public-float requirements, keeping at least 25% of its issued shares in public hands as of 31 July 2026.

Regarding employee incentives, 1.78 million options (exercise price: HKD 0.93) under the 2016 Share Option Scheme remained outstanding; no options were exercised, lapsed, or cancelled. The 2024 Share Option Scheme currently has no options granted but allows for up to 193.90 million new shares to be issued in future.

No warrants, convertible securities, Hong Kong Depositary Receipts, or other share-issuance arrangements were reported, and there were no share repurchases or cancellations during the month.

The filing, authorised by Company Secretary Shum Ching Yee Jennifer, reiterates that all regulatory and listing obligations have been duly observed.
