Hengxin Technology Ltd. (HXTL) announced that Executive Director Peng Yinan and the Group’s wholly owned subsidiary, Shanghai Zhangyu Information Technology Co., Ltd., acted as principal drafters of the newly issued national standard “Blockchain and Distributed Ledger Technology — Infrastructure — System Storage Technical Requirements” (GB/T 47701-2026).
Released on 25 May 2026 under the administration of the National Technical Committee on Blockchain and Distributed Ledger Technology (TC590) and supervised by China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the standard will take effect on 1 September 2026.
The document establishes two blockchain storage service models—“intra-block storage” and “extended storage”—and sets functional, performance, security and management-interface requirements aimed at unifying blockchain storage practices and strengthening industry development.
HXTL’s participation highlights its recognized expertise in blockchain distributed storage and digital security. The Board expects the Group to be among the first to develop system-storage security solutions compliant with the new standard, further enriching its digital-technology product portfolio and supporting clients in building secure blockchain infrastructures.
The Board advises shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution when dealing in HXTL shares.
