C TRANSMISSION Overhauls Top Ranks: New CEO, CFO and Two Executive Directors Named

China High Speed Transmission Equipment Group Co., Ltd. (C TRANSMISSION, 00658) has announced a broad senior-management reshuffle effective 31 March 2026, covering its board, C-suite and key governance committees.

Executive board expansion • Ms. Yuan Xiaohong, 50, and Mr. Wang Bo, 45, join the board as executive directors with three-year terms. • Ms. Yuan, a senior accountant and current vice-president of Fullshare Holdings, also takes a seat on the Nomination Committee. Her annual director’s fee is set at HK$2.20 million, plus a discretionary bonus. • Mr. Wang, formerly vice-president of Fullshare and holding a Juris Doctor from Duke University, will receive an annual director’s fee of HK$1.50 million, also with discretionary bonus eligibility.

Chief Executive Officer transition • Mr. Hu Jichun has been removed as CEO due to prolonged absence from mainland China, where most of the Group’s operations are based. • Executive Director Mr. Li Zubin assumes the CEO role, with the board stating the change will not disrupt ongoing operations.

Chief Financial Officer and company secretary changes • Mr. Lui Wing Hong, Edward has resigned as CFO, joint company secretary and authorised service agent to pursue other interests. • Ms. Seto Ying, previously joint company secretary, becomes CFO and sole company secretary, and is appointed as the Hong Kong service agent.

Nomination Committee reconstitution • With Ms. Yuan’s induction, she joins the Nomination Committee while Mr. Tse Man Kit, Keith departs, restoring compliance with Rule 13.92 of the HKEX Listing Rules and Corporate Governance Code provision B.3.5.

Operational continuity affirmed Management emphasised that production at key subsidiary Nanjing High Speed Gear Manufacturing remains “normal and stable”, and R&D, production and operating teams continue to function effectively.

Supplemental disclosure The board reiterated that former independent non-executive director Ms. Jiang Jianhua resigned over differing views on convening an EGM for the 2025 auditor appointment.

As of 31 March 2026, C TRANSMISSION’s board comprises three executive directors—Mr. Li Zubin, Ms. Yuan Xiaohong and Mr. Wang Bo—and three independent non-executive directors—Mr. Lau Jing Yeung William, Mr. Lu Yuanzhu and Mr. Tse Man Kit, Keith.
