CE Huada Tech Releases Updated Board Composition and Committee Roles

China Electronics Huada Technology Company Limited (CE Huada Tech) reported that its Board of Directors now consists of seven members, effective 25 June 2026.

The Board is led by Non-executive Director Sun Jie, who serves as Chairman, with Executive Director Chang Feng acting as Deputy Chairman and Managing Director.

Committee structure and appointments are as follows: • Audit Committee – Chaired by Independent Non-executive Director Qiu Hongsheng, with Independent Non-executive Directors Chow Chan Lum and Huang Yaping serving as members. • Remuneration and Nomination Committee – Also chaired by Independent Non-executive Director Qiu Hongsheng; membership comprises Independent Non-executive Directors Chow Chan Lum and Huang Yaping, alongside Executive Director Wang Jian.

The remaining Board members are Non-executive Director Qin Wei and Executive Director Wang Jian. No changes to the number of directors or committee mandates were noted beyond the above role confirmations.
