Bulletin Express10-26

Ever Sunshine Services Group Limited reported a further on-market repurchase of 600,000 ordinary shares on 26 October 2026 at prices ranging between HKD 1.61 and HKD 1.64 per share. The transaction cost HKD 0.98 million and represents approximately 0.04% of the company’s 1.71 billion issued shares (excluding treasury shares) as of the same date.

The latest purchase lifts total buybacks executed under the shareholder mandate granted on 13 May 2026 to 18.15 million shares, equivalent to 1.06% of the company’s issued share base on the mandate date. All repurchased shares are designated for cancellation, with 8.40 million shares—acquired between 31 August and 26 October—pending formal cancellation.

Despite the ongoing buyback programme, the company’s issued share capital remains unchanged at 1.71 billion shares until the outstanding 8.40 million repurchased shares are cancelled. Under Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, Ever Sunshine Services is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or selling treasury shares until 25 November 2026.
